Day 99

Today I had a really lovely Easter Sunday! Church was great, Primary ran smoothly (we only had 12 kids so combined Junior and Senior primary- it was great!) I even got to sneak into the end of Relief Society which was great!:D After Church Adam and I attended the baptism of one of our gorgeous primary girls. When we got home, Ammon was already fed and bathed and waiting in Nanas bed (Early! It was only 6:30!) Thank you Nana!

We all climbed in Nanas bed and played animal charades and chatted together. It was really precious family time. After we had played a while and we were winding down, Adam asked Ammon what he learnt in Nursery today. Ammon casually said “They rolled the stone away”. I said “Who rolled the stone away? Was it the angel?” “YEP!” Nana then asked him, “And what was behind the stone?” And Ammon very excitedly said “JESUS CHRIST!”.

Ah bless him:) We always ask him what he has learnt in Nursery, but he doesn’t usually remember until we prompt him. I’m glad he learnt a lovely Easter lesson, and managed to somewhat retain it.

I’m so grateful for the Easter Season and the reminder it is to me of my Saviors unconditional love. That he loved me enough to pave the way for me to return to my Heavenly Father one day.

Here is some gorgeous shots of me and my bubba at bed time:) (He was asleep by 7:15pm! It’s a miracle!)
